Name: Uchi Hiroki

Job: Part-Timer(Kitchen, Garnishing and Decorations) at Restaurant Firefry
General Backstory: Having grown up in a family which was 'dominated' by women - his grandmother, his mother and his younger sister, his father was never really home - Uchi learned to love cooking, decorating and other kitchen work. This lead him to study "food science" as well and he is still finishing his university degree at the moment, hence him being only a part-timer at the restaurants. He dreams of becoming a proper chef some day, even though it would be late for him to become a proper apprentice (he loves to watch the chefs whenever he has time and learn from what they do, also some of his more practical courses at university help with that and lots of trying out at home, usually under the supervision of his grandmother, who used to own a restaurant as well but has now given it to one of Uchi's aunts).
Character Traits: Uchi sometimes has trouble with staying focused on something that doesn't catchi his interest for too long, which is one of the weaknesses he will have to conquer on his way to being a proper chef since sometimes in life and cooking, patience is everything.
At the moment his job at the Firefry is to make the plates, bowls etc. look presentable, which means that he takes care of the look of the food, how it will be served and puts on some finishing touches like some chocolate sauce swirls on the edges of the dishes for dessert or little 'figurines' made out of carrots, raddish, tomatoes or potatoes. The 'food for the eyes'. He's proud of his work but can actually get really down if he's criticized harshly (he kind of cries easily). Same doesn't hold with teasing though. If you do not take care, your teasing might severely backfire on you...
